What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Do you offer free WiFi?
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the resort for all guests.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer free parking for all our guests.
Are meals included in the room price?
Room rates are for accommodation only. Our in-house restaurant serves Indian, Chinese, Continental, and local Himachali dishes at reasonable prices.
Do you allow pets?
We currently do not allow pets at the resort.
Is the resort family-friendly?
Absolutely! We welcome families with children. Our Family Suite is perfect for families with its spacious layout and separate living area.
How far is the resort from Bhagsu Waterfall?
Bhagsu Waterfall is just 1 km away, about a 15-minute walk from the resort.
Can I book a room for the Triund trek?
Yes, we are located near the Triund trek base and many of our guests stay with us before or after the trek. We can help arrange packed breakfast for trekkers.
What is the best way to book a room?
The best way is to contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone call. This ensures you get the best rates and we can answer any questions you may have.
Do you provide room service?
Yes, room service is available during restaurant hours. You can enjoy your meals in the comfort of your room.
How do I get to the resort from the nearest airport or railway station?
The nearest airport is Gaggal Airport (DHM), about 20 km away. Pathankot Railway Station is about 90 km away. Taxis and local buses are available from both.
Is there hot water available?
Yes, we provide 24-hour hot water supply for all rooms.
Do rooms have private balconies?
Yes, every room features a private balcony with mountain views.
What languages do the staff speak?
Our staff speaks Hindi, English, and Punjabi.
